To ensure that all teams are fair and that all players have a fun experience, we can no longer logistically manage friend requests at the RHL. The RHL will assess all league play to ensure equal skill across all teams. Before the RHL trade deadline of May 1st, 2026, the goal will be to communicate openly across teams, families, and players to establish the best chance for a consistent experience for all. 

Other:

  • The Development Academy provides more floor time and training for all skill sets.

  • U7 age groups will continue to play on the half-floor with smaller nets. 

  • A big thank you to all our new volunteers who will continue to assist across all leagues. With their help, coaches, players, and parents will have more attention and focus.

  • GOALIES register at a discounted rate, and after six weeks of attendance, Money will be fully refunded!!!!!!

WHEN? Weeknights (April 20th to July 19th, 2026)

  • Our season will start the week of April 20th

  • Below is our estimated BLOCK Schedule, but changes due to registration numbers will occur.

    • 5u & 6u (Monday 6 pm to 8 pm) LEARN TO ROLL PROGRAM.

    • 8u (Tuesday 6 pm to 8 pm) (Each Player will take turns playing goalie each week) Equipment Provided by the RHL.

    • 10u (Wednesday 6 pm to 9 pm).

    • 12u (Thursday 6 pm to 9 pm).

    • 15u (Tuesday 8 pm to 10 pm).

    • 18u (Monday 7 pm to 10 pm).

    • Development Academy Sundays

All times will be confirmed, and notice will be given before the start of the week. 

RHL General Rules of Play:

  • 4 on 4 plus goalies

  • Non-contact

  • Three minutes warm-up, two 20-minute run-time halves

  • Two-minute halftime break

  • The clock stops in the last 2 minutes of a 3-goal game in each half

*We require a non-refundable portion of all registration fees ($55) to be held for fixed costs to allow the RHL to survive.
